"It’s 8:54 am, on a Friday. And this store is still not open. There are people standing in front of the building to get in. The manager did not show up till way after 8:30. It’s cold out here and someone has a baby in a stroller standing outside of this store. When management did arrive no communication. I’m here to return some liquid detergent that had a big cut in it. That I was unaware of. It spilled all over my laundry room floor. I try not to come to this location because of the inconvenience and inconsistency that comes with it. But this is my neighborhood. Oh it’s now 8:58. Doors open, gotta go"
"First, when I got to the register, the cashier was behind the counter sitting down on her phone while I’m looking at her waiting for her to stand or even acknowledge me. She finally gets up and says nothing and start to ring my items. Second, Family Dollar Prices are never right! I always watch the screen to make sure I’m not over charged. Items rung up WRONG PRICE! The mgr did change the price. The experience as a whole…blah I’ll try again maybe in the next 6 months."
