"True story: Responded to an ad for a used UTV. Exchanged extensive messages with salesperson, got a printed quote, negotiated a final price, and then had a live phone call to confirm we would be there the next morning to test drive and purchase. 30 minutes into our 1+ hour drive to Conyers - after going to my inlaws to hook up trailer and borrow truck - the sales manager called to say the vehicle had already been sold, and was not even at that location. They got a sale, my family and I wasted hours of time (and some fuel). Don't make the same mistake."

"I am beyond displeased with this company and their customer service! A friend of mine purchased a lawnmower from this company. After a while, his lawnmower stopped working and he brought it to AG-Pro for help. He was told that it would cost $387 and he would need a new harness which would cost an additional $80. He purchased a new harness for replacement and the problem still was not resolved. His lawnmower still would not start. He was then told that it would cost $900+ to evaluate his lawnmower and then the price would increase due to ongoing investigation to resolve the issue. He finally decided to take his lawnmower back and dissect it himself to discover that the part that was needed was only $40 and he fixed it himself. The employees at Ag-Pro was not very helpful nor were they interested in helping! I am highly disappointed and we do not plan on doing any business with them again!!!"
