Family Dollar

"Connie was really rude to be the store manager.. I p Purchased a heating pad got home. The heating pad did not work returned the heating pad immediately and she would not accept it because we did not have the original receipt and she was the original one to check us out, then gave me attitude and told me she couldn’t return it due to the fact it was over five dollars and that’s their policy… same bag box and everything.. and she checked us out.. Very unprofessional and we can’t Imagine going to another Family Dollar and getting a manager that is just like her."

"This is by far the WORST family dollar I have ever been too! The thugs they have acting as assistant managers and employees are ridiculous and unbelievably unprofessional. Once I asked for names and corporate information I was REFUSED a receipt for the items I PURCHASED. The cashier who is also supposed to be an assistant manager a male proceeded not to identify himself and literally THROW MY bag of items at me. Do NOT SHOP THIS FAMILY DOLLAR!"

"I’m giving a one star today, because I am very disappointing as a customer. There is an associate by the name of Vernon working in the store, but is very inappropriate. One day while shopping I gave her my business card, but instead of being appropriate about the situation I was asked if I could come to his house to strip. How could someone like this we working in a store. now every time I go to shop not only do I have to see the same man that made me uncomfortable, but for some reason he also feels the need to make smart remarks at the cash register. I could have told my father and let Him handle it. Just imagine any other female having to experience this. Matter of fact when I addressed it to one of the associates at the cash register, she even stated that he makes her uncomfortable.I have been trying to get in contact with the boss, but is as if he or she doesn’t care. I try to get a phone number, which I was told that she would be uncomfortable giving it to me, but even myself as a business owner I have a Google voice number so if anything goes wrong somebody can contact me. So that is not a good excuse for me, if you really care about your store, your customers, and lets not forget the female worker/ workers show it more through your actions. This store deserves a -5 stars honestly. I have already sent feedback to corporate office."

"I visited this store on June 1st at approximately 11:15 am. Needed toilet paper, napkins and plates. I also picked up a Fathers day card. They were out of their brand of paper plates, so I didn't buy any of those. Store looked much neater and stocked than the one on Sigman Rd. Still short on employees - I only saw 2 people working at this store."
