"I went in for 3 things and one was lighters. I knew they would card for the lighters, so I went to the cashier to checkout. I stood there waiting for the cashier to come check me out, only to have him stare at me while he was on the phone giving all his information out to someone. He turned his back to me and I went to self checkout. I finally made it up to check out and of course I needed my ID checked for age. He had finally walked over to the 1st register I was at and was ringing a lady up. My register was flashing and saying customer needs assistance. He never once looked over. He finished with the lady and I ask if anyone else was working. He again never looked over at me and was still talking on his phone with someone about an app. So I just left my stuff and walked out. I don’t usually do reviews, but this was just plan out rude and your company needs to train the staff better and check up on your store’s. Want be back in this one again…"
"Phone will ring but they never answers. Was inquiring about a product that I wanted to purchase. Called five times. If the district manager sees this that would be a good thing because this type of poor customer service could be costing the company money. Thank you."
"Great place to shop great staff especially new girl at the cash register wish I could remember her name but she was very humble and nice and took time out of her busy schedule just to make idle chit chat n make an ol man feel a lil better about the day ahead of me lol"
"Never open when it says. Offer fair wages and stop being picky about hiring. Not only are you inconveniencing your patrons, but you're inconveniencing your very few employees who don't have time to stock, mark, take inventory and handle patrons by themselves, on top of running the register. I fully blame the DM and corporate, the employees that actually come in here have never been anything but nice to us. But you cannot expect a single person to run the entire store alone. Is it doable? Sure, at severe inconvenience for all. Do better."
"EVERY time I come in here, there’s hardly anything on the shelves but the aisles are blocked with carts of boxes waiting to be stocked. It’s the same at the bells ferry location too. Clearance is never properly priced. They never have the cleaning products/tools or laundry supplies I’m looking for. Probably on those carts if they’d just stock the shelves! July 2022"
