"The Marshalls/TJ Maxx/Homegoods model is quite consistent. If you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all. There are a myriad of items to choose from which can either be super overwhelming or a bargain shopper’s dream. The checkout line is daunting at first glance but it moves very quickly."

"Do Better! The store associates at this location need some training on how to provide good customer service. I found a set of three sponges that did not have a price tag. Then I came across a similar set that had a tag. The only difference between these set of sponges was the color. The set without the tag matched my kitchen decor. So I brought both sponge sets up to the register along with several other items. I told the cashier that I did not want the set that was tagged. And I brought it to the register for her to scan in place of the set that was not tagged. Instead of the cashier scanning the set that had the tag. She decides to leave the register to go do a price check. Meanwhile the store's line is several feet long. Anyway she comes back to the register several minutes later to tell me that the sponge set without the tag is $1.00 more. Really! She made the store lose several sales for a couple of bucks. Because some customers got tired of waiting in the long line. And they left the store without buying anything. Better decision-making-skills is a must at this location. As most of the store associates seem to be intellectually challenged. On top of being low energy and rude. This type of issue happens all the time at this Kennesaw location. Which why I finally decided to write about it."
