Poor customer service doesn’t just lack in younger generations evidently. Disappointing experience"
"The place is usually a mess and you may find what you need if you're lucky. Par for the course for every one of these in recent years - we don't visit anywhere near what we used to. Popshelf and Walmart are often less on the same items."
"The layout of the store needs to be improved. The isles are super long and too much going on in one isle. They seem like never ending. Employees are usually nice for the most part. Some of the isles are messy. I’ve realize that not all stores carry exactly the same product. Some items are a hit or miss."
