"I don't normally go in I typically use the drive through but this day I had to use the restroom therefore I decided to go in. To my surprise the bathroom door was locked and you have to enter a code to get in. I asked for the code and was told I had to order first. Not knowing what I wanted to order and really needing to use the bathroom I asked if I could use the bathroom first. After some discussions the manager eventually entered the code without me ordering first but slam the door behind me and yield your welcome. If I ever go back I will only use the drive through."

"Customer service: not welcoming, drab order taking, didn't receive receipt. Food: looked nothing like the photo representation, video on screen implied food quality and presentation was important. Restroom: has an expensive looking keypad lock on the door that requires you to get the code from cashier. If you can spend money on that, I feel your service and quality should be on par."
"I go by this place every single day on the way taking my grandson to school for his breakfast with no problems went back again today for my breakfast and ordered a super bacon fried egg biscuit $8.08 plus tax i looked at it and asked manger if I got the correct biscuit he said yes that’s the right biscuit I said for $8 he said yes ma’am do better Hardee’s never again 2 pieces of bacon 2 cheese 1 fried egg that is not what the picture shows at the restaurant smh it was more cheese than anything"
"The cashier Ja'kayla was very polite, the rest of the crew were friendly as well. They were not rude like most fast food places, friendly and she was professional. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms."
