"This location needs serious help. Everyone was working hard but slow. I placed an order online at 5 pm, got a text saying it'd be ready in 10 minutes and I didn't leave until 6:05. Half my order was ready when I got there at 5:30 and it was wrong! Lesson learned."
"we ordered and waited four full hours for it to arrive, only to give up and go to bed and for it to never show. we called the store multiple times and only got an answer once, where the guy assured us we would get it and even get it before the estimated time. called about getting the order for pickup + a refund for the delivery fees,,, she said she could either do a refund on the order or place it for pickup (not delivery???) and not give us back the extra fees. way overcomplicated, not coming here again"
