"The service was done, and the car is back to its regular state. That’s the only thing they did well here. After FOUR WEEKS we got our toyota hylander back. This is a very common car, and all we needed replaced was the bumper. I think this is just improper time management, but I can’t help but think it was because our insurance paid up-front. There was also so much back and forth between customer service. We checked in fairly frequently ourselves, and every time they were moving back the return date. As soon as I stepped inside after picking it back up though, the paint smell hit me like a TRUCK. It was so strong I actually thought it would stick to my clothes. To add, there is an adhesive rectangle spot still remaining on the windshield which has proven difficult to get off. The only other redeeming quality about all this was their customer service. Morgan was extremely kind and patient with us, and was clearly doing the best she could. I’m sorry to say that this was not a very good experience though, and if we ever need to again, we will not be returning."
