"Brought my car in for a check engine light. If you have even the slightest knowledge of your vehicle you will realize that they give you more philosophical explanation than technical. They thrive on your ignorance and charge you more, at least 20-25% more than other auto repair places. Every other place & even dealership off-set diagnostics charge from the total repair cost. Their analogy of diagnostics for a car & a doctor is funny with no guarantee of fixing the problem after repairs. If you are looking for a quality service go somewhere else."
"Amazing service location. Have been to two speed auto locations and they never fail to impress. Full service complimentary vehicle inspection was a breeze. Their oil change special can’t be beat! The new location in Suwanee has a wonderful waiting area, complimentary WiFi, coffee, sodas. THE perfect place to go get an oil change if you need to get some work done while you wait. Andrew, David, and Justin run an amazing shop! A++++++. 10/10 would recommend and will return."
"Speed Auto quickly helped me recover my car which was stranded on intersection near by on a very cold day. They gave me prompt inspection results. They only thing I would have liked more is getting quoted for battery change before seeing the bill as it was little bit more than my budget. $400 for battery change was unexpectedly $$$. In shorty, they got me back up and running surprisingly very quickly."
