"I am giving them a five-star based on food quality alone. The service was adequate. The cashier automatically gave me chips instead of asking what side I would care for. I gave extra points for how clean the restaurant was. Hence, the five-star review. They were a tad slow. My two bowls of soup and salad took over twenty minutes to receive."

"We came here at 7:45pm, but you would have thought it was only minutes before close with the attitude we received from the manager. (They close at 9pm.) They ran out of baguettes. Apparently they still had brioche but when the employee asked the manager if we could get a sandwich on that bread or on the side with the soup, he simply mumbled “no”. No apology for the inconvenience or care to seek an alternative for guests. The frozen coffee I ordered was incredibly watered down cold brew mixed with crushed ice, very lacking in flavor whatsoever. Followed by the several negative glances we received from the manager as we were trying to enjoy our meal, this was unfortunately the worst experience I’ve had at Panera. Very disappointing as we had been looking forward to it all day. I know that it can be frustrating when people come in minutes before close (I worked for Chick-Fil-A for 9 years, I understand). But when you have guests come in over an hour before close who are seeking dinner after a long day at work, it would be in your best interest to provide quality and care to those as well. I hope my review can help this location take action and do better. Thank you."
"Terrible… just admirably terrible. COLD FOOD, HALF WAY DONE, NO MEAT ON MY HALF STEAK AND WHITE CHEDDAR. When I ordered a FULL SIZE and the bread was hard as a rock another thing that cheddar brócoli was also wrong we ordered the biggest size there was available; instead we received the opposite . A absolute waste of money. I will Never order food from this place and wont ever recommend anyone too. It felt as if it was on purpose. Embarrassing to expect more from this place as a first time buyer. I should’ve went with my intuition and just ordered McDonald’s. PANERA BREAD @ABERCORNE STREET SAVANNAH, GA… LITERALLY STOLE MY MONEY. Fun fact! I was excited to try this meal… now I am disappointed. 02-03-2023 8:24pm EST."
