She was extremely kind and responsive in her emails, and was so helpful in assisting my mom (who was receiving the flowers) when she was confused about why she was getting a delivery! The flower selection was flawless each time, and Kristina was extremely proactive in setting up the delivery schedule each month in a way that worked perfectly. It has been a true pleasure working with this company and I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Naples area."
