"Pharmacist didn't show up for work today, techs locked out of pharmacy, can't answer the phone or access patient information. I called 4 other CVS for help. No one is answering phones as they are under staffed. I will be transferring all rx to walgreens as they are open late and are staffed to help. This is a patient safety issue and CVS can be held liable if patient's can't get their meds or at least be able to talk to someone."

"Dana has horrible customer service. As a visitor from out of state, trying to get an rx filled was extremely difficult and I was sent all over the place to get a simple rx. Not only did Dana insult my intelligence, she did not try to help at all. In no way did she go above and beyond to try all outlets in finding my rx. She was extremely rude, kept asking the same question over and over and I’ve never in my life dealt with anyone at a pharmacy like this. Dana made CVS pharmacy look bad and has me feeling like I never want to get anything filled at any CVS. Poor representation of customer service for CVS."
