I can understand that you can have a bad day but I can't understand how you are kind to others and to me who went to return something and stayed to buy and when I went to pay I had to put up with your bad attitude! I don't want to think that I was like that because I don't speak English well! I'm sorry for not pronouncing correctly your job is to charge not to bother you because of my accent! If you don't like your job Beth, there are many others! I live in Lely Resort and I always go because it is very close to me and it is the first time in 5 years that this has happened to me in this store. I love this place, I buy many things there every season! Now I don't want to go back! "I've ALWAYS LOVED HOBBY LOBBY, but their prices are just getting too high, even with the 30-40-50% discounts. These are the two things I bought. The hearts were 40%off and came out to be 20 or 21 bucks and the three piece tree with 40% off came to 30 bucks. It's definitely not worth the money because it's very cheap quality, but I liked it and I get what I like lol"

"Went in for Christmas garland and boxes were blocking the wall of garland and couldn’t get to what I wanted. The store was so crowded I didn’t see anyone that could help. Signage was confusing too. I left without making any purchases. Disappointed. I wanted to get my garland before it ran out. Oh well, went to a different store and bought garland I love. Also, I wanted the velvet Christmas balls and the only color available was pink. Not what I was hoping to find."
