"I want to thank Tony for taking the time to make my experience at the meat counter one I will never forget. At the last minute I needed to purchase a beef tenderloin for New Years Eve dinner serving 7 people. Tony was very kind, taking the time to trim, cut, and tie and wrap a whole tenderloin for me. He also gave me the bits trimmed off for a steak tip meal later on. Thank you Tony for going above and beyond the call of duty !"
"Your prepared hot foods are WAY too salty. I had the mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables and grilled chicken breast. So disappointed. I couldn’t enjoy an otherwise great meal because of the saltiness. Maybe this is how southerners prepare foods, but I am a northerner and we don’t salt foods like that. Thanks. This was at Fresh Market, Collier Blvd/ 41 Naples."
"Our experience has not been good the last couple of visits. The deli has not so friendly staff and products we loved have been canceled. The nail in the coffin, we went to FM on Saturday before Thanksgiving because an online ad for full tenderloins on sale and butcher would trim them from 1:00- 4:00. At 1:30, there were no tenderloins on the floor. When we asked the butcher, he pointed and snarly said, if we have any, they would be out. I found another employee, because that didn’t sound right (running an ad and not having ANY at all?) and he went to the back and pulled out an entire box. After making a handful of people irritated, the people grabbed their tenderloin and skipped the butcher trimming because of his attitude. This is a very poor run store. We have never seen anyone in management on the floor to discuss or assist us. We have unsubscribed and will not be going back."
"We just had the best Thanksgiving in years. Amazing prepped food for us who aren’t seasoned pros at making Thanksgiving dinner to say the least. But everything we ordered was fantastic. The turkey cut like butter it was so moist. Quality side dishes and pies too. Great job. Thank you for making it easy and delicious!"
