"I can't provide more information than this; I sat in the drive-thru line waiting to have my order taken for a ridiculous amount of time. I don't know if they were short staffed or just incapable of getting the job done. I finally left this location and went to another, which is close by. The service THERE was fast, correct. It took less time to drive to the other location, order, and receive my food than the amount of time I sat in the drive thru line at this location."

"My hubby went inside since drive thru was wrapped, ordered me a whataburger with cheese combo no tomatoes with a chocolate milkshake... 10 minutes go by he comes out With my shake then goes back in, then 19 more minutes and then finally he had my order.. we live 5-6 minutes Away from there ok, I get home to find my burger was cold, messy, and gross. My bread was MUSH!! IT WAS DISGUSTINGLY SOFT AND SOGGY.. I COULDN'T BARE TO EAT IT."

"If you want great friendly employees and delicious burgers with speedy service this is the right What-A-Burger!! We had a bad experience at the last Whataburger on Mobile Hwy so this was a breath of fresh air to get everything right today. We had a big order and Holly didn’t flinch putting it in and getting it right with a friendly attitude. Kudos to Holly, the store is lucky to have her!!! We tried the Dr. Pepper shake and it was great!!"
