"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- BEWARE! I was referred to Sterling for cortisone shots in my back for pain caused from a minor car accident. To make a really long story short, after I received 2 cortisone shots in my shoulder/upper back area, I was admitted to the hospital within hours for a collapsed lung. The doctor had punctured my lung!!!!!! It took 9 days in the hospital before I was discharged. This was a seriously traumatic experience and I would NEVER recommend this doctor. Oh, and to add to it, Sterling still expected me to pay every dollar for the services. Thanks for putting me in the hospital (an additional $50k bill) and still insisting I pay you. I wish I could rate negative stars because this review doesn't even deserve the 1 star. Please do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!!!"
"Sterling medical was there when my family and I needed them most. They were very caring and supportive. They were amazing!!!!! Thank you to Dr. Ruiz and his assistant! Dr. Hobbs was also very good as well for pain management unfortunatly we had to do surgury! I have been gling to them for almost a year. Yesterday was my final appointment and it was sad to see the people that helped us through such a tough time for the last time! Your staff is amazing! Thank you so much!!!!!"
