The front desk made me feel good as they were able to explain and answer questions, and the x-ray technicians were also wonderful. I physically struggle sometimes with my mobility, and they helped guide me on how to complete my tests. I love that everyone in the office showed me courtesy, and most importantly where very patience with me, and that really helped make my experience an enjoyable one."
"Original appointment had to be re-scheduled due to X-ray technician availability. But second appointment went very smoothly. I arrived at the prescribed time. Check-in paperwork was minimal. Receptionists were very friendly and efficient. The technician called me from the lobby exactly at my scheduled time. Imaging took less than 5 minutes. Checking out was totally painless. Overall very satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the lobby, bathroom and x-ray room. I’d recommend Akumin any day of the week."
"I've been using this facility for at least 10 years and have not been disappointed. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient and prepared for my appointment. Minimal wait time. The tech for my procedure was also friendly, professional and efficient. The facility is older but clean and uncluttered. I had an excellent experience."
