I came in for an appointment at 9 had to come back before 1 for my 1 pm appointment, which I waited since 12pm was not even on the list had to wait again till after 1:40pm very disappointed and disgusted fasting all day to draw blood they need to bring back humans to make sure things get done properly"

GG is really sweet, but her “Thank You for being patient” speaches are becoming the expected norm. I’m surprised that the air conditioning is working this time. They need to hire more staff if this has been the excuse for 1 hour plus delays. It’s ridiculous."
