"The worse experience. I came in for an appointment at 9 had to come back before 1 for my 1 pm appointment, which I waited since 12pm was not even on the list had to wait again till after 1:40pm very disappointed and disgusted fasting all day to draw blood they need to bring back humans to make sure things get done properly"
"There is no point of making an appointment EVERY SINGLE TIME I make an appointment, they see me a hour or more later. For the past two years they claim to be “EXTREMELY UNDER STAFFED”. GG is really sweet, but her “Thank You for being patient” speaches are becoming the expected norm. I’m surprised that the air conditioning is working this time. They need to hire more staff if this has been the excuse for 1 hour plus delays. It’s ridiculous."

"At least for me, this place seemed to be very efficient if you have an appointment. We were there for less than 15 minutes. Nicole who took my blood was great. She swiftly did the paperwork and payment. She did her job with great care. I truly appreciated this after a hard week."
