"For 3 years, every single time I have called this clinic, no one has answered. Except one time, someone answered and immediately hung up without saying anything. Today I called 5 times. Nothing. Was always told by a provider it was because they were busy. For 3 years? However, the clinical staff were very professional and helpful."

You’re SOL because they never answer their phones. I’ve been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone to schedule mental health services."

"My experience at the Kissimmee VA Clinic has always been good. It's rare that I had to wait for any service. Service has always been top notch. Personnel there have always been cordial, friendly, helpful, and concerned. I have never had a complaint of been disappointed."

"The clinic's operation times are frustratingly inflexible. Despite being open until 4:30 PM, they close their labs at 2:00 PM sharp, with a strict policy that doesn't entertain even a minute's delay. If you arrive at 1:59 PM and don't manage to secure a ticket instantly, you're left with no choice but to seek help elsewhere. The staff seems to operate more like unfeeling machines than compassionate healthcare providers, offering a "that's how it is" type of service rather than showing genuine care for the veterans they're supposed to serve. It's disappointing to see that their primary motivation appears to be their paycheck, rather than the wellbeing of the veterans. My interaction today with one particularly arrogant staff member was a testament to this. The unprofessional behavior and lack of empathy were infuriating enough to make one contemplate a strong reaction. The atmosphere within the clinic was so unbearable that I found myself waiting for another Uber outside, unable to stand the thought of spending another minute there. It's disheartening to see a place that's supposed to offer care and support to veterans failing so miserably at its mission."

"Someone higher up please come and clean up the attitude in this clinic. The front desk has lights off like nobody's there, they don't answer their phones The attitude is poor and my latest experience here was terrible. Provider will do the extreme minimum to help. Left that place feeling like the service our veterans gave to this country is disrespected. We are the reason they have a job in the first place. If you don't want to work with vets go somewhere else."
