"The facility is good, the scheduling on the other had I would give it a zero. They supposedly have high call volumes every day. I've called multiple times to schedule multiple imaging orders and they always take my phone number and never call back. There's always issues saying I don't need a certain order or I need a extra order to go with the one my dr gave me. EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL SOMEONES COMPUTER IS ALWAYS ACTING UP, THEY CANT GET THROUGH TO A MANAGER FOR APPROVAL, THEY NEED TO SPEAK TO MAMOGRAM FIRST AND THEY ALEAYS PROMISE TO CALL YOU BACK AND NEVER DO ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMERBSERVIXE ON THE CENTRALIZED SCHEDULING PART . HONESTLY GETTING ANNOYED TO THE POINT WHERE I WILL BE SWITCHING OVER TO POINCIANA OR SIMON MED"

"IF I HAD THE OPTION TO GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO DO SO BECAUSE OF THE SERVERE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM CURRENTLY FACING A GRUSTRATING SITUTATION WHERE I AM TRYING TO OBTAIN MEDICAL RECORDS FOR A PATIENT. DESPITE THE PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN'S ORDER, THE IMAGING CENTER IS REFUSING TO FAX THE REPORT, WHICH IS INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING. AS A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN'S OFFICE, OUR UTMOST PRIORITY IS THE WELL-BEING OF OUR PATIENTS. IT IS DISHEARTENING TO ENCOUNTER A SITUTATION WHERE AN IMAGING CENTER REFUSES TO COOPERATE BY FAXING OVER THE NECESSARY REPORT. THIS REFUSAL NOT ONLY CAUSES SIGNIFICANT DELAYS BUT ALSO HINDERS THE TIMELY AND EFFICIENT DELIVERY OF CARE TO OUR PATIENTS. TO ALL WHO READ THIS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS FACILITY, WHERE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR PROVIDER WILL NEVER GET THE REPORTS."

"Worst experience, don't come here to waste your time, I had an appointment, and they cancel without telling me anything, I went to the imaging center and it was closed, they don't care for your time, worst and incompetent people I've known."

"My mom had an appointment here for a mammogram. They told her they had rescheduled for later on the same date. We went at the time it was supposed to be and they told me it was canceled because there was not tech available. They rescheduled for a week later, 05/09/2023 and they told my mom they couldn’t do the exam because she needed the results from her previous mammogram on a CD?????? Who does that in 2023????? Also when the appointment was rescheduled the lady told me to just bring the Drs order, she didn’t say anything about a CD!!!!!"

"I was scheduled for a DEXA on May 4. After I checked in they told me no tech available, so I was rescheduled. When I arrived on June 27 for the rescheduled test they told me still no tech available. It's been almost two months and I have to start all over again. They couldn't return the doctor's order to me so I have to go back to the doctor who originally ordered the test for a new order. This is complete and utter incompetence."
