"Apartments are beautiful, high ceilings, no carpet, and spacious. They redid the dog park to have turf which is a game changer! Love the location as it’s easy to access i95 and down town west palm."

"When my toilet pipe burst, no one could get in touch with the mgmt company's emergency number. Not even the fire dept could get in touch with anyone. My home. We still have no water in the building. I can't believe how many horror stories i heard from my neighbors about the poor management in this building. This is absolutely the worst property that I've ever seen in my experience renting, and I have experience as a licensed property manager in Florida. Be aware that the employees, owners, etc, ...are leaving 5 star reviews. Those people don't live here. Also I have not had a functioning air conditioning since August. The property manager will not call back or respond. All of the tenants are experiencing the same thing. This is a premium rate for rent. They lied to us about many things to get us to sign the lease. The neighborhood is not a safe neighborhood. Whatever you do, don't waste your money or time with these crooks. You will regret it. I certainly do!"

"I have lived here since 8/4/22. DO NOT LIVE HERE. There is never a property manager here, there is a half way house across the street, and the “property manager” is outsourced to a company in Utah that does not assist with anything. They are AirBnBing majority of the units. The reviews you see are from people who do not live here. They are the realtors who are trying to rent the property out. Beware. The rent for all of the one bedrooms are a different price even though they are the exact same layout. It is extremely overpriced given the location and the amenities not working. I would NEVER recommend someone live here, and unfortunately I had to learn the hard way. I wouldn’t even AirBnB the place. The photos are of the view from your apartment if you ever live here."
