"Overall, the hotel was clean. Service was fair. Prices at the bistro were high. I was able to get a breakfast sandwich and a coffee from a local Starbucks cheaper than the yogurt/fruit cup from the hotel bistro."
"Compliments to Ariadna and the Courtyard front desk members. The Airbnb I rented in Jupiter was a bad experience. I luckily found the Courtyard and a better room and place to stay. Clean, quiet and easy access to Jupiter and Juno beaches."
"The overall stay was OK. Lobby was clean and inviting. Rooms were dark and carpet dingy; furniture had stains. Staff was hit or miss. Housekeeping staff did a great job and were always positive and friendly. The gentleman who checked me in was very professional, courteous and helpful. The staff during check out, interrupted my questions and abruptly answered, but they did not listen to the full question, so their answer was not what I was inquiring about. Walls were paper thin. I could hear everyone around me. If you turn the HVAC fan on hi, it drowns out most of the ambient noise."
"Very decent hotel. Breakfast service is good but a bit expensive. I've been here for a business meeting using the hotel's conference room. Service offered by Felicia to help us accommodate the conference's room bill was invaluable!"
"I stayed 3 nights at the courtyard, I’d had a good experience after 2 nights but on the 3rd night, I went to bed and 20 minutes got woke up by something running on my body. When I turned the light on it was a big bug running in my bed. Apart from that, the room was big enough and the staff was nice. The hotel also has a Starbucks cafe offering breakfast options. There is a bistro open at night, I haven’t tried but heard it’s okay. The location was perfect, close to the highway."
