"This place is very safe. I wasn’t bothered by anyone or anything while here. I had to come to this place after a horrific experience at another local hotel. It could have been better equipped with towels and kitchenware. But safety is more important to me, anything else i can provide for myself. If you are a woman traveling alone you want to stay somewhere safe. It’s tucked away where even the locals don’t know it’s there which is a great thing."

"For a hotel I'd give it a 3.5, the bed and pillows work but aren't highest quality. Wood looking floors is a good touch, I kinda wish all hotels did this and not carpet, reduces the spread of bedbugs. And no, I did not see any bedbugs so that's a plus. A decent place to stay."

"This is how the employee parks her car. She takes up 2 spots at the main entrance every day she works. Management should really address this issue. No room service if you want towels you must give old ones before getting new ones and they do not have HAND TOWELS what so ever! This was a 1st for me. Front desk is never there. You have to call the front desk to get someone. For the price this could be way better customer service!"

"Will never revisit. We stayed for one week. Paid over $1,000 in the off season. I know it’s extended stay so housekeeping doesn’t come daily. But we had to give them dirty towels before getting new. We asked for a hand towel because none were in the room. They told us to use a washcloth. So I asked for another washcloth and they needed the two back before I got another. Nice kitchenette. Would have been helpful to have at least one cheap plate, pot, a fork. 100% bare. Bed was flimsy and scooted when sitting down. We heard everything people in the next room were saying and watching. The kicker was that the male manager knocked on our door on our last day to scold us for putting a tied trash bag outside our room. Standard hotel practice…he informed me where the dumpster was and said we need to be picking up after ourselves. Staff was mostly rude. Just a bad experience. I was an inconvenience for them and a hand towel or extra washcloth was asking too much. The front desk young girls are awful. The entire place is not worth the money."

"I will not sit here and lie and say that this place isn’t nice for what it is. I am working mother who fell on hard times and had to move into this place with my kids. The female front desk workers are amazing but most importantly Crystal who is EVERYTHING of what customer service should be. But my issue is with the manager Marcus who feels as though it’s appropriate to speak on someone’s children as if they’re animals. He wanted to charge me $100 for a handle that was already lose on one of the cabinets in the room which I placed in the kitchen in plane sight for housekeeping to see away from my 1 yr toddler. His exact words to me was “I’ve seen how your children act so I know that they broke it” Sir my daughters are teenagers 15 & 16 what would they want with a handle?! In other words you’re telling me that I should’ve been protecting my kids from you seeing that you watch peoples kids that hard to know EXACTLY where they are and what they do ALL hours of their day. Your housekeeping staff don’t properly clean so there’s no telling how or why that handle was even lose. There pubic hairs still sitting in what suppose to be “clean” towels in these rooms that was suppose to be clean. Watch your workers as hard as you watch someone’s kids and maybe your ratings will go up. Crystal thank you so graciously for being so sweet to me and my kids during our stay. Wishing you many blessing upon you and your family."
