"I got to have the greatest experience seeing this place from the employees point of view and i must say this place is beautiful! The staff is so friendly, upbeat, welcoming, positive, and hard workers! I got to work with Chef Fabian who is such a extraordinary chef! He definitely is a great asset to the company with his attention to detail, love he puts into every dish he makes which is definitely noticable seeing the customers reactions were awesome! Everyone I observed loved there meal! He was extremely professional, eager to teach me anything I asked he explained and was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything I was assigned to complete. He worked the kitcheb like it was nothing. Every order that was placed he completed quickly and elegantly! Matt the manager was super friendly and did great leading his team threw the lunch service greatly! I would say this group of employees decently represented Banyan Cay Resort proudly. I even met the owner who unfortunately Is a jets fan SMH was very nice and was positive and definitely has a great team behind him and he himself has great leadership skills himself! "Sad to see what was once a beautiful, moderately priced, 36 hole, public access course being morphed into a high end, 18 hole course - just for fatties. Disgusting. Hope the fatties don't break an ankle playing on this, their newest toy."

"The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is nice and helpful. My only complaint is that a lot of the site is under construction with new housing developments. It didn't really take away from the experience, but it is a hassle driving through it."
