"Was wanting to order the current "nationally" advertised $10.00 Shrimp Share. Only to be told it was $12.00 because they were a franchise location. I do not feel this to be fair. Not the cashier's, or the managers fault. But note to franchise owner. What would of been better, a $10.00 sale or a $0.00 dollar sale? No profit margin in a $0.00 dollar sale."
"Very rude window person, was the first customer of the day and she already had an attitude. I know everybody has a bad day but remember who pays your paycheck. It's the customers. Food portions have come down quite a bit. Quality of the food was okay."

"We dined in. I'm glad this location is open for dine in. The ocala one is not. It's nice to enjoy it while its fresh. The food was cooked well and tasted fresh. The A&W freeze shake was delicious. I would come back to this location again. I had a good experience"
