"I've been here for about a year. At first these apartments are amazing in almost every way. I've lived in many many apartments throughout my life and these are nice but DO NOT rent one until you have heard the upper floors. People are not rude here usually but I am pretty sure they only used one half inch sheet of particle board for the floors and nothing besides the ceiling is there to stop sound. Trust me I've lived in many apartment and these are unusually loud just with casual upstairs walking. If you can handle that then you're fine here."

"I moved here because of my job. they said this is a nice apartment. I work 14-16 hrs shift and good sleep and rest is what i need. However ceiling of this apartment is paper thin that i can hear all the loud noise and loud thumping noise above me at 12 till 3am. Now i spoke to the front desk and she said they have a quiet hours and thats 10-6am. She said she’ll let them know but I dont think she did and i dont think they implement this at all."

"I personally have never had a better experience at a complex. I very rarely have to call for maintenance issues. I’ve probably only had to call 3 times in over 12 months and one of them was because I broke my my toilet seat handle moving too fast lol. They answer every request in a timely manner and the maintenance men are so nice!! I never feel unsafe as a young woman. Devin, Katrina, and Kierra are amazing! I would recommend this property over and over and over. It’s great for young professionals, Master’s students and PhD candidates too! The piece of mind is worth the money!"

"I moved into this community 6 weeks ago. The apartment was not ready upon my move in. Management is rude, reactive and not proactive . management has been less than pleasant when complaints are made. There are active bees outside my balcony and they claim there is not a bee hive even though there are hundreds of bees below me and on balcony . The walls are paper thin, and there is a lot of noise. I have edited this post a few times due to things that I have experienced. As of recent I now have active roaches in my apartment because the tenants below me whom are no longer living there. The air conditioner went out for three days. This community is not maintained properly. I would not recommend this community at all. It has been a major inconvenience since I moved in and I have yet to get an apology. The worst rental experience ever!!"

"I throughly enjoyed my time living here compared to other neighborhoods in Tallahassee. Nice gym and caring office staff. I was warned about silverfish when I signed the lease in regards to bug concerns and did see them occasionally throughout my 18 months (had pest control once and started ordering the bait used on my own after, granted 1st floor and closest to the water reserve/forest area). I kept a dehumidifier running the last few months of my stay to limit excess humidity. I always felt very safe, even walking the neighborhood at night. Packages were sure to be delivered during the week/Saturday when the office was open or after hours if the driver can tailgate someone to reach the amazon lockers. The maintenance team is AMAZING! They always came in a timely manner, ensured I was taken care of, and observed all entrance requests. The office enforces strict rules about valet trash so the hallways were always very clean. The neighborhood hosts events with catering from the best restaurants in Tallahassee (Pineapple It, Tin Lizzy, etc). The pool was closed for repairs at one point, and during one visit I noticed a lot of deceased frogs near the kitchen but overall it is usually in good condition. I recently moved back home to Atlanta and will miss this place forever."
