"The team here is so wonderful which is very different than the past places I have dealt with. I mostly speak with George one of the leasing consultants, and he is literally amazing. He knows so much about the property, and is very personable. He from the moment we toured gave a different vibe than most other people you usually speak with in leasing not pressuring or just “working” but a friend vibe. He took the time to learn about who we are and what we want from a home, and our interests. He has answered every one of my questions and has made the process from application to move in times so carefree and easy. He has gone above and beyond for my boyfriend and I, and our new found puppy. From changes in the lease to adding our pet, the disclosure about how everything works with the property such as utilities and everything he has so transparent. It makes me feel wonderful about joining the community and making this place our home. I am forever grateful that we could have this experience with the community because it’s our first time getting an apartment together and it has been amazing."

"I am a current resident at this apartment complex. The renting process was easy, front desk is nice (though a lot of turn over), maintenance folks are nice as well. Complex is very old with only minor superficial improvements done. We had major issues with water leakage in the kitchen, it took maintenance months to figure out the problem and it was fixed at my expense. We had black mold, wet nasty odor, and multiple dehumidifiers working 24/7 for weeks, while we were offered only $100 off rent, no electricity bills coverage. Once that was fixed, we had simple issues, such as outlet did not work: took them days to fix, as apparently it blocked electricity not only in the bathroom, but also in the kitchen. Most of the time simple things get taken care of quickly, but also very poorly done. For instance, I had to ask them twice to fix the front door lock, that was basically falling out of the door, cause wood in the door is so old and rotten. Fortunately, my mom was visiting and literally had to tell the guy to come back with better screws. I can go on and on. 100% of major issues happened not because of old building and rotten pipes etc. And not a single time it was handled properly, always always always I had to call, remind, e-mail etc. Right now pipes upstairs bursted, all the water came down to my rental home, we cleaned it, wasted 2 towels. Maintenance people came, opened the whole ventilation system, brought three dehumidifiers and left them running. The noise is awful, yet no one came to check or maintain those dehumidifiers since Friday (day 5), bugs started to come in. Manager never returned my emails and calls. I mean, you are welcome to rent your home for $$$$$, but expect it will have tons of issues and will not make you happy at the end. I expected better."
