"This place by far was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Everything feels damp I felt sick just being there and dosent feel too safe or comforting at all. Everything is dirty nothing works properly not even a pullout couch pulls out because of a piece of furniture in the way. Bathroom door dosent function, no hot water, broken outlets, and overall just yuck."

"They had to change our room 3 times before we actually got a room with hot water, a working lock door and a working tv. The front desk service was great and very helpful throughout the process though. Which made it easier. Their breakfast is pretty simple and we stayed for 3 nights so it got old quick. Overall our stay was good."

"If zero stars was an option I'd select it!! We missed the reviews! DO NOT STAY AT CASA DISGUSTING! From the time we arrived, it felt like we made a bad choice. The staff flirted with each other while we stood visible waiting for service. We received room key and headed to room. The elevator was dirty and smelled of Marijuana. The elevator closed halfway and stopped, then reopened without button contact. We selected our floor and exited on our floor. The room smelled like it had not been cleaned. Upon further inspection, we found hair, lashes, crumbs, and other unrecognizable stains on one bed. We also saw hair, urine stains, and fecal matter in the toilet. We called the front desk and informed them. We were put on a brief hold, and then the phone disconnected. We called back, and the clerk apologized and stated she would check to see if there were other cleaned rooms. I informed her that I peeped in all room near mine and they appeared clean. She said which do you want? I chose the one right next door. Went to the front to grab new keys as we were in town for a game and didn't have much time. While at the front desk, I asked if she'd like to see photos so she wouldn't assume we were picky guests. She said I don't, I've only worked here 2 weeks. I'm not sure what that had to do with the price of pasta in Italy. I took new key cards and checked out the new room. SAME MESS DIFFERENT ROOM! We headed to our event, then dinner and stalled so as not to spend a lot of time in the room. We returned to the room approximately 11pm. We attempted to rest on top of bed with clothes on. About 30 mins later, a large crowd of people had a 30-minute parking lot fight and party. Needless to say, we couldn't sleep. We decided to get on the road and take our 4-hour trip tired. DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY NEED NEW MGMT OWNERA HOUSEKEEPING AND FRONT DESK STAFF."

"Terrible experience! We paid over $300 coming out of state to ensure we had a place to stay. We paid online for the reservation. We got stuck in an accident traffic and got there much later than we intended. When we arrived all doors we locked and no one was there in the lobby. The parking lot was full of cars and guests were there. Any number we called, no one answered. The hotel will not refund us any money. We never even stayed there. We had to drive around and find somewhere to stay that night. EVERY place had a front desk attended there and were really nice. We finally found a place 45 mins later. Who closes and locks the doors with guest in the hotel? STAY AWAY!"
