"Terrible place. No hot water on the second night and the rest of our stay. Elevator doors had to be forcefully pulled open on three separate occasions as the elevator doors would open to the desired floor, and then quickly close and then also force you back to the first floor. Terrible service that refused to clean and properly service the rooms until you stayed at least 3 nights at the hotel. All of your worst nightmares about hotels took place here, at Wyndham."

"My room-no hair dryer, no luggage rack, no extra pillow or blanket, no phone to call front desk, no drawers for clothes or other items, no coffee machine, no Bible, no full size mirror, no iron, no plastic laundry bag. The building-no lobby, had to walk up and down about 8 steps to get to hallway. Hallway carpet was worn and filthy with large pieces missing. No ice machine. The front staff members were very nice."

"I reserved a room and stayed one night. The room was not cleaned, which was obvious from entering because one of the beds looked to made by an 6 yr old. The bathroom sink was not cleaned and still toothpaste in the bowl from the previous guest. The tub - dirty. Without going in to the rest of a long story, I stayed because there were no rooms available in the city as session was in. I was also traveling with others. I put a towel on the floor of the shower (which I will do from now on after this experience), and slept on the bed that appeared to not have been slept in. NEVER EVER AGAIN WOULD I STAY HERE."

"My stay here was horrible. First bad experience they double charged us. Hector was so wonderful in fixing that Ginger and Britney were so very sweet too. The other staff not so much. For 2 days in a row asked for toilet paper nobody came. Asked 2 days in a row of maintenance could fix nobody came. My last evening there I slipped on the tile that was wet from rain. I landed very hard on both knees. Two other guests had to help me. The girl in the front did not help.There was no wet sign facing the door. The wet signs they had was leaning against from desk where you couldn't see. I asked for accident report girl said she didn't now how. Checking I asked again for accident report again I was told I don't know how to do this. I've tried multiple times to call corporate. No one answers it I get transferred to this person then that person. I'm not understanding why this is so difficult. $100 a night this hotel is definitely not worth it"

"I stayed at this location for 10 nights while working in Tallahassee. The room was comfortable and nicely lit, but not without issues. No laundry facilities on site and the room had no microwave, hair dryer or coffee maker and the only accessible wall outlets were on the panel between the beds, setting up a laptop in a comfortable location was not an option. The heater/AC unit was not functioning, the thermostat did nothing to adjust the room temperature, making the unit a glorified fan. Working early in the morning I was treated each day to a carafe of the previous day's tepid coffee with zero attempt by the night crew to replenish. Housekeeping was present in the halls every day, but not once did they attempt to service my room or even so much as check to see if amenities were needed. After checkout I was contacted by the the establishment and asked how I would like to pay my pet fee which I found quite insulting as I always attempt to leave a room in the best condition possible, having had previously worked in the industry. I explained to them that I had flown across the country on business and did not have a pet with me, something they would have known if housekeeping would have made any effort, and the matter was dropped. The hotel was easy to access and close to plentiful restaurant and shopping locations. Ultimately, I would not stay here again. A lot of thought was put into aesthetics at this hotel, but very little into practicality and the guest experience, quite lacking in hospitality."
