"Everything before checkout was wonderful. The food was good and Andrew the server was on point. Very friendly guy. Where Perkins FAILED was at the checkout. I waited in line close to 15 minutes to check out. The one person at the desk was very flustered and running back and forth. There were 8 people in line to check out, 10 in line to be seated and people waiting for take out orders. When I finally got to the register I handed my bill and 20 percent off coupon to her. She scanned it and no money was taken off the bill. She said well I guess you owe the regular price with no discounts. I asked her why. she said the computer said I had promotional items on my bill. I asked her what items were promotional and she said I don't know it's what the computer says. I ordered a burger and a patty melt a tea and two pieces of pie. I asked her to figure out how to make it right and she said I owed what the bill says. I asked her to let me talk to a manager and she said she was one of them. I swiped my card, dropped the coupon on the counter and said thanks for nothing. PEOPLE BEWARE. ASK ABOUT YOUR COUPON BEFORE YOU ORDER AND THEN EAT AND FIND OUT BY WHAT A COMPUTER SAYS YOU GET NO DEAL. VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED"

"The food looked great, the taste wasn't really the best. Some of the sausage and ham was hard too eat, Maybe the bottom of the bucket, let's chop it up and cover it with gravy."

"Very busy! Our server was Gabby. She was great - pleasant and efficient. I had the salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My friend had the prime rib dinner which included mashed potatoes, a salad and pie. With 2 iced teas, our meal was $50 plus tip. Everything was cooked okay and I would probably score it a 3.5 or 3.6 if that was possible. Tge parking was easy and the rest room was clean."

"Brittany was our waitress. We sat at a table with her and she promptly brought us our drinks. We started a conversation with another couple and ended up eating with them at their table. It didn’t phase her. Most waitresses would have a bad attitude after we changed tables, but not Brittany. Her service was excellent and she was busy with other customers as well! Each time we asked for something, she quickly replied and brought us what we needed in a timely manner. The manager was also very nice and everyone at this location had a great attitude! The turkey dinner was delicious! We’ll be back."

"Went at lunchtime on a Sunday, and it was busy. Still, had a great experience! The food was very good. The portions were great. The silverware was clean. The server was attentive. Overall excellent!"
