"Went through the drive thru, placed our order.. and it was wrong. Part of what we ordered was never even rang up, so therefore, we didn't get part of our order. I ordered the simplest thing, a six piece chicken nugget with sweet and sour sauce. The chicken nuggets were well over cooked and dry, and they didn't even give me my dipping sauce. We had to ask for straws and later discovered that there were no napkins in the bag."

"Used to be one of the better McDonalds bordering the city of Leesburg but lately it has gone downhill. And it's not so much the food quality as it is proper portions...The prices of everything have gone up and that's not just McDonalds BUT when I order a large fry, pay for a large fry and get the equivalent of a small fry inside my large fry container....We have all seen the scooper you use to delve out fries, it's setup to literally fill the respective fry holder the proper amount, how do you screw something as simple as a funnel up? Come on"

"Would give this place zero stars if I could. This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The staff are extremely rude and unfriendly and they almost ALWAYS mess up your order. They treat their customers like we are a nuisance and the employees are extremely unhelpful. Yesterday afternoon I went through the drive thru with my family and the woman at the pick-up window was just so awful (she literally scowled at me the entire time and I am a very friendly, smiley person so this was not warranted). She literally screamed at me for my receipt and then forgot two items in my order. She had me so flustered that I didn’t even remember the items until I got home. Needless to say, I’ve given this McDonald’s more than a few chances, and EVERY time I have been burned. NEVER going here again!!! I’d suggest you skip this place too!!"

"I moved here in 2013 so I’ve been going here for awhile and they always manage to be out of something here. Ice cream spoons, straws, or lids they have everything. The drive thru can be a mix up sometimes it’s slow sometimes it’s fast it’s alright. The inside is just sticky, usually empty though and the tables always have the crumbs and sauce of the last table. The nuggets are usually not very warm and the soda is weird. Just go to the Burger King or taco bell nearby."
