"I got a Mexican pizza and 2 taco supreme with a drink. The food was poorly prepared (very little meat etc.) No sweet tea available for drink. The store was clean, but employees were not very friendly."

"Worst service ever. We walked in to order, and employees looked at us standing at the counter but never acknowledged us. We saw the self-serve kiosk so entered our order there. We stood there another 5 minutes until another employee finally asked us if we were waiting to pay. We said yes, so she came over and took our money, then told us the order had not been started so we were waiting some more. Our order finally came out and we took it to our car. The burritos were cold and the hot sauce we had requested through the kiosk was not in the bag. I don't think we will be back. The overall atmosphere is depressing and stressful, the employees don't want to be there and make no effort to make customers feel welcome."

"This is worse Taco Bell ever. They never get an order correct and forget about getting the taco sauces you ordered or any napkins. The worse part if here is that the prices here are 59.5% higher than the prices in the Taco Bell in Minneola. Want to know why? Simple there are more retirees in the area of this Taco Bell which means there's more money in the community so the price for Taco Bell depends on what the neighborhood income is per capita. The conduct of a really greedy, opportunistic franchisee. Shame him ripping of the elderly!"
