"I ordered two sides of breakfast sauce and when I got to the window I was given one side of sauce that was squirted in a chicken nugget box. When I said I was missing a side, the girl in the window said,”well you were only charged for one.” I told her I didn’t care about being charged for it but I asked for two. The manager then yells to her team to get her another side of sauce so she can move her drive thru and that they need to do better listening to the customers etc. I wasn’t trying to get anyone yelled at like that, I just wanted what I ordered."
"There is a great GM that's name is Shelia she is an great person to work with. She makes sure our customer's are happy and getting their orders on time."
"We ordered nuggets and fries fresh. We could tell the nuggets were not fresh they were just double dipped to the grease to make them seem fresh. They were filled with oil could not even eat. So I call and spoke to Nikita who told me she let Donna know to have my husband come get fresh and he gets there and deals with attitudes just to come home with nuggets that are not even cooked thoroughly thru. That's disgusting and we are not going to keep coming back to a restaurant who's job is to give great quality food and service and we spend money to get nothing edible. Pictures attached. There's napkins showing how much grease come out of one nugget.. then pictures of under cooked chicken . This is not letting me post pictures yet"

"I had to pull into the reserved drive thru to make a review to show y’all. Just ordered this $3 small fry and this was all I got. I asked them about it and they told me that’s how they come. That’s all you get. Now were they hot? Yes. Salty? Yes. But seriously don’t be this awful. If you’re going to nickel and dime us for fries, give more than half a bag."
