"We appreciate the lower cost of staying at your place. And it is clean, no bugs, no smells. Good supply of toilet paper, towels, soaps, etc. Beautiful ocean view. Whole place a bit dated, could use upgrades, but worth the price. Will consider staying again. No elevator, third floor, pack light! One car parking. All around good score."

"Currently at Pilot House #323. I would not recommend mostly due to the total lack of Vacasa's ability to resolve issues at a local level. The unit was dirty; the kitchen inventory was mostly missing; the tub won't drain and the mattress is worn out. We are in day 4 of our stay with no resolution... Buyer beware... ...rent from local management companies."

"Our vacation resort at B303 was a pleasant experience although considering what it took us to get there.... The original stay was the first floor walk out at A101. Upon our arrival on 8/21/2022 we noticed what we believed was vomit in our kitchen sink. We continued on with our day. Within the three days stuck at A101 we now are experiencing flood issues coming up from both kitchen sinks,and flooding onto the floors and expanding into the living room.. Within the first three days stuck at A101 we now deal w/ complete flood issues. We continuously called the customer service number provided to us and we are not receiving a call back whatsoever. It wasn't until the third day of our stay did we receive a response from the management of customer service, and she was able to accommodate the situation to the B303 Unit, which was a more pleasant experience for my family. After three days of complete khas we were finally able to enjoy the rest of our short stay. Going forward, I would highly recommend renting from a private owner and not through the Vacasa Management team. This has been a tradition for our family over the past several years to rent from the Beach House.. We love the location, and that it is not a high rise hotel and Miramar Beach is BONUS. Would I rent from VACASA again??? I doubt it."

"Owned by Vacasa. Unit 1102 on Scenic Gulfway. This unit has the potential to be 5 star. The size. The view. Most important the location and access to the private beach and 2 pools. 1 is heated. It has a gym. Vending machines. A fully functioning kitchen with dishwasher and coffee pot, pots & pans, cutlery utensils for cooking. Washer and dryer. We had an issue with the keypad on the door. As well as the floor needing to be mopped. This unit could use new curtains and new living room furniture and it would be perfect. It’s the tallest building in a few block radius so we were able to see plenty of dolphins from the balcony and large master suite. Sunsets we breathtaking. Ocean made you feel an overwhelming feeling of emotion."

"We stayed at Hidden Dunes 1800 for 3 nights on a girls trip. It was so fabulous and I would definitely stay there again with my own family! Enormous condo with fabulous views and tons of space. Very unique layout. DJ with Vacasa stopped by to fix some maintenance issues and she was very friendly and funny. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again in the future."
