"This was our second visit to Summerspell and both times we have had nothing but great things to say. The location is everything. The property is clean, the views are spectacular. Everything you need is within walking distance. Bring your own beach chairs and literally walk across the street to the white sandy beaches. The weather in October is a dream. High 70’s during the day, clear blue skies and calm water. Restaurants are easy to get in out without a wait. I sincerely won’t stay anywhere else."

"The house we rented at 76 St. John’s Court at Maravilla Court, Miramar Beach, Florida was absolutely gorgeous!! Very clean and accommodation were fantastic. It was close to the beach and several restaurants along with Dollar General just a few blocks away. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return on another trip!! Thank you for a Great Vacation!!"
"This place was absolutely perfect in every way! We wanted to stay extra days but now know to plan for more days next time! The place is well kept & decorated super cute, not to mention super comfortable. Everything is in walking distance for the most part. Great views of the beach & ocean from the balcony. Highly recommend!"
