I can not believe how well the pool came out and dealing with project manager Thea was a pleasure. She was always very professional and polite during the entire construction period. She kept me well informed and her scheduling was spot on. The construction crew's were excellent and master craftsmen in their respective trades. "Nelson's customer service is superior. He is very particular about his work and is very responsive to the customer. We had his company handle a complete renovation of a 25 year old pool, screened enclosure, and deck. His attention to detail and the time he spent helping us decide on the project specifications was what led me to contract with him. His assistants, in particular Lien, and his crew are hard workers and were also extremely helpful when questions arose. I would highly recommend his company to anyone who needs a pool renovation or to correct a problem. He is an expert in leak detection and repair as well. We recently had large semi circular paver stone driveway also repaired by Nelson which had been disrupted by large oak tree roots and deterioration of concrete borders. The crew showed up on time and did the repair in a day and half and even fixed some areas that I hadn't noticed."

"We recently had our old pool repaired for a leak, steps and a bench installed, new pavers and coping, and resurfaced by Nelson Pool Company. The scheduling, workmanship and workers were what you would want if you decide to do a job like this. They were on time, did a professional job, and finished a day earlier than we were told. Now our pool looks like a brand new expensive pool for a very reasonable price. We wouldn't recommend anyone else for this type of pool work. We also had a patio in the front that an inexperienced contractor started for us and didn't finish. Nelson gave us a reasonable price to remove and install the same pavers that they put around the pool and it turned out stunning. We love our pool and patio! Thank you Nelson and Staff! "The owner came out and gave me a no hassle-bid, explained his process, and communicated with me immediately when I had questions. The crew came in as scheduled, were very efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing. They made sure to cover everything that needed covering and cleaned up after they were done. My pool looks fantastic and they did not skimp on materials so I know this will last as long as I own my home!"
