"Came here to get a insurance claim repair done to my vehicle the front desk lady omg she was amazing keep up the good work. Anyways Got my car back with minor defect on it. Give a few example,l had a headlight replace technician never installed my high beam light bulb and the low beam was not secure in place causing the inside of the headlight housing to burn, also they knew a trim piece was broke and not properly installed and yet still installed it.. I’m not putting name on here to bad mouth anyone. But collision center get it together jerry ulm is a well know dealership in Tampa and I think y’all can do better. I know y’all have a lot of work but take pride in the work y’all do.."

John Pipparo being the manager every time I called or came to visit you were hands on in the actual bodyshop getting dirty doing the actual work...that's what a true manager does, sets by example. You are a true Leader!! And thats why the work that comes out of your shop I felt is run by an incredible TEAM! From the front desk to behind the scenes, to the employees you may pass by while visiting... everyone was very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable to what ever question I may have had. I had several thousand dollars of front end repairs done to my new Grand Jeep Cherokee vith only 4k miles on it...and everything done was exceptional.
