"I’m super depressed lately, decided to get some soup and a smoothie to cheer up. I come to this location all the time but today, every member of staff in the building was so kind. (Sept 23) Register - there was a little girl in front of me. She took off and the lady hunted her down for her change, and she was so sweet to the kids! Drink lady & Food lady were both very sweet. They didn’t say much, but what they said felt personal - made me feel special. It wasn’t just another corporate “thanks bye” . Kindness and positivity are often overlooked. Just wanted to put it out there how much I needed that love today, and I got it from strangers in a wawa"
"Honestly I used to come here and show this place to everyone because of their food, but now their food is the equivalent to trash. On top of treating their customers like criminals, they have lost touch with their food department. The quesadillas either are always so soggy, have no chicken, or just get my order wrong every time. The blue haired girl that works in the food department is extremely rude as well, it’s the third time she’s given me attitude when I bring her back my quesadilla. I order plain and they give me buffalo. Not the first time. I order avocados- don’t get any. One time I ordered a burrito and they gave it to me in one of those bagel bags- a chicken burrito that was soggy as well. I have pictures. They need to do something about their food because they obviously aren’t doing it the way we all know. Also- your menus are very misleading- if I see a s’mores milkshake and it shows caramel on the picture- and I ask where’s the caramel when I get it- the blue haired girl gives out the worst attitude. Change your employees. And get better chefs. Thanks. EDIT: The only good employee there is the really blonde long hair guy with tattoos. He’s been there a while and he knows how to actually cook the food WELL. So if you’re trying to order food from there, make sure that’s the guy that makes it. I added photos of the soggy burrito they gave me in a bagel bag."
