"A recent project opportunity was brought to us and we were asked to provide our certificate of insurance and acquire workers comp. After providing this we were then asked to have a copy sent directly from our provider. We then found out that our previous provider had removed our general liability, their reason being apparently we did not need it, which is completely wrong considering the services we provide, one of them being a general contractor. After weeks of being lied to/ignored by the previous provider and others dragging their feet in providing us with a new policy, Jordan at Volaris was able to have everything sorted in a matter of days and saved a massive job opportunity for us.
