"Under the new management of Patty this apartment complex has done a complete 180! She stepped into the roll and has done so much to bring the community back together including community bbq and just recently driving around handing out candy canes before Christmas! over all you can tell she cares about the living experience of the residents! Also I couldn’t forget about the maintenance team! They are attentive and keep the grounds looking very nice all the time. They never refuse to lend a helping hand. We’ve been here for 5 years and this team hands down the team they have here now is absolutely the best!"

"Cute little apartments. Not very big on the inside. But for the most part it's pretty up to date. Unfortunately I have heard several stories about how long it takes for the smallest problem or issue to be fixed. From what I heard they are not on top of repairs for their residents."

"The Grand Isles Condo is a gated community with security and safety for its residents in mind. The water view is lovely with its fountain, and encircling the pond area are light-colored concrete, sidewalk-type walking trails. These are much safer to walk on than, say, asphalt trails that can crack and eventually fall into disrepair, like some high-living developments have, and unfortunately, have been amiss to address. The development is quiet and respectful for the better part, and the office staff is pleasant and efficient. The pool is well-maintained as well as being Olympic-sized, and the water is heated for the cooler times of the year. The cars are kept neat and clean by use of a car care center that is available for the Grand Isles residents. All-in-all, I would say that The Grand Isles is a very nice development if one chose to call it home."

"The apartments are good. My friend lives here and is satisfied with the services given. Comfortable apartment though not totally modernized. But spacious bedrooms. Good for a small family. Beautiful lake, good sunset view. Neat swimming pool which is open dawn to dusk. Regular maintenance. Sometimes problem with the main sensor gate. Beautiful sunset view at The grand isles!"
