"I’ve been coming here for years and they have gotten better with service and customer service.They do call a bit much to confirm and the other the thing that I would have to say is that every single time I come in recently into the office lately,there’s a lady asking people if they want coffee while waiting in the lobby and has never offered me any. I look young and she maybe doesn’t think about asking me but It has happened a few times and although it is something small, it’s the fact that it has happened multiple times.If you’re going to offer something to one person, offer it to everyone."

"I have to come on here to actually have some kind of voice. I was seen by the NP on Friday 12/22/23 for a checkup after my urgent care. I was told by the medical staff that my prescriptions would be ready for pick up at the pharmacy. I gave my pharmacy 24 hrs to process the order. I called my pharmacy and was told there are no orders associated with my name. Today is Tuesday 12/26/23 and the pharmacy has still not received my prescription order. When I called Sanitas today (this has been my fourth time calling to ask to resend my prescription since Friday!) someone told me it was because of the holiday weekend and that I should wait until this afternoon to call them again to check if my prescription was sent. I have never been treated with such neglect and incompetence from a medical team like how I have been at Sanitas. Please look into this matter and change how your staffing handles prescription orders. Walgreens never received my order and it’s been 4 days now. I am extremely sick and need this in order to get better. As a medical team, you all should do better and treat your patients efficiently. Very disappointed with this medical staff."

"Years ago the vibe was different and I was nervous to comeback. Today is my first time back and omg I can’t even lie Dr Araujo and Nurse Martha Yomayusa was extremely helpful and they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. I’m giving them a 5 because they handle my situation fast and with ease. They were super empathetic to what I was going through. If you want nurses and doctors who really listens and speak to you then I recommend coming here. This is my honest review based on my experience and non bias. Thanks for making my experience easy and quick."
