"Hard to believe I am nearing renewal time for my apartment in the Loft building. I sat down this morning with the amazing Sydney to go through the details of renewing give that I hope to relocate to another state soon after. I mentioned Texas and in the blink of an eye Sydney pulled out an iPad and showed me Avalon properties there. One in the very town I hope to move to!! She then walked me through the process and as I left I didn’t walk out, I floated! Sydney made much more than my day. She is the best!!"

"I’ve lived in the Avalon since 2020 and am smitten- you won’t find a better option in town among similar buildings/price points. Thank you to the entire Avalon team - front desk, leasing, maintenance, community - for making me feel so at home every day. Kimora, Sydney, David, Tristan, too many others to name, everyone goes above and beyond and always with a smile. Example: David from maintenance, who is a military vet, was on call during Labor Day Weekend when my AC happened to go out at 3am during a major FL summer heatwave. I submitted a maintenance request not expecting to hear until the next day. Not only did he reply right away, but he was at my apartment within 30 mins to help. I've never found this level of care elsewhere and never want to leave! For those considering renting, here’s why I love it: 1) Absolutely love my unit - everything is brand new, spacious, high end, high ceilings, amazing balcony that gets great sunlight and is big enough to host a dinner party, huge walk-in closet, in-unit washer/dryer, fast internet. I've never lived anywhere that was so quiet either- I have never once heard a neighbor and don’t hear much commotion outside despite being on a busy corner (SW corner). 2) Parking is easy and safe in the enclosed garage which also has AC, my car is never hot and doesn’t accumulate dirt/dust. 3) All of the staff are friendly, professional, positive, hard working, trustworthy, make every effort to build community and help you when you need it. Whenever I walk in the door I’m greeted with a smile. Kimora has been a great manager and clearly cares to tend to everyone’s needs thoroughly and promptly. David and Tristan are the best, always fixing any little mishap that needs attention - obscure lightbulb burned out, curtain fell down, etc. Sydney is also wonderful. The whole team has really made me feel like this is my “home”. 4) Can’t beat the location. 5) Pool is awesome, I’m not one to visit shared pools often but am a regular at ours here, it’s always quiet, I’ve never not gotten a chair, it gets great sun exposure from dawn to dusk, pool is well heated. The fountain spouts that splash into the pool drown out any noise on the street and are super relaxing. 6) Fun community, I’ve met some of my closest friends living here. 7) Very dog friendly, they even heave treats in the lobby for dogs. 8) Very safe with 24/7 front desk presence and high security in the building, cameras, good lighting outside and in the lobby, enclosed garage that’s connected to the unit elevators."

"I came to see a good friend and she invited me to their Halloween party. I specifically remembered Kimora because she was pleasant and friendly; her personality is so inviting. I fell in love with the staff. I do plan on coming back to get more information about the community."

"Keeping with the Avalon standard, everyone that works here is truly amazing! A few people I wanted to name especially are Hilary, Kimora, David, and Tristan. They have each gone out of their way specifically to ensure my living experience is the best it can be! It feels like they really take pride in their work. Hilary and Kimora are always willing to help and listen to any concerns or requests and answer any questions I have. They are both excellent in explaining things and helping me understand different scenarios. Each has gone above and beyond to help me with my lease and ensure I am happy with my unit. Tristan and David are incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond. Tristan is always ready to share education on the way things work and why, and David has the patience of a saint. The whole concierge staff is amazing as well - they always acknowledge me when I'm passing by and say hello. They are very friendly and quick to help if needed. Working with people is tough, but each person here is committed to giving their best to us every day. Everyone has helped me adjust to Florida and feel at home, and I am happy to sign my third lease at this property with confidence that this is the right place for me. Thank you everyone!"

"Excellent staff and location. A few shortcomings though overall a very nice apartment. Felt like the rental agent/rep Sam was one of the best I have worked with looking at locations. Near restaurants and coffee shops downtown. Unable to rent common areas for gatherings which is unfortunate. Also common areas are not quite as nice as some other units in the area. Overall very good building."
