"I was quite impressed with the whole office and staff. Very organized. First time seeing Dr Sopkis and she was very helpful and informative. She listened to my concerns."
"I arrived to my 1st visit to a hard to open door, no automated for handicap and meet with staff telling me they canceled my appointment because I didn't respond to text. After I explained I never received one and didn't authorize that form of contact, I'm told its policy. Well it's my 1st visit. Then I explained I may have a problem doing notepad with hand tremors, I was told again it's policy. I then told her that if a patient has a disability, you have a duty to provide assistance. She later came to me and said she'll get medical assistance for me. I go over medical history, explained I don't see male provider's, which is why I now only see females . 10 minutes later I am faced with a male provider who didn't want to take my wishes seriously, to the point he explains he is a resident FOR my female provider. I explained people make requests like this for a reason, then I left. It's unbelievable he was going to close the door with a female patient. I don't know if they are any good, because I couldn't get pass the doorkreepers who like to impose policies on new patients and don't care about the patient. Not the best fit for ME."
