"I arrived an hour early and they checked me in and did my imaging right away. I was in and out within 20 minutes. From checking in to getting my scan the staff was extremely efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend to my friends."

"I had the referral in hand from the Dr and was followed to the tee. I was amazed how quickly they saw the "High Risk Fall patient". A wheelchair was provided on the spot. Each of the tests were completed quickly. One of the ex ray techs actually took me to my vehicle by wheelchair. Good Job! I will advise everyone I know to use this imaging center instead of all the others."

"Very nice staff! Christine at check in was so kind and compassionate. I was extremely stressed about getting my daughter an appointment and she calmed my worries and helped me out right away. She let me know that she was a mom as well and she calmed my worries. Carmen was a great tech! My daughter was in quite a bit of pain but she took great care of her and was gentle and empathetic. Her expertise, love for her job, and care for her patients were evident. Thank you Christine and Carmen!!"

"I had a great experience at this BayCare Outpatient Imaging facility in Riverview. Usually I go to the Bloomingdale location, but they were booked up since I was late in requesting an appointment. Shame on me for waiting too long. I arrived super early since this was my first visit to St. Joseph's Hospital - South. I'm more familiar with the St. Joe's Women's Hospital in Tampa. Fortunately, it was easy to find on Big Bend. There's plenty of parking since the outpatient facility is a building that is separate from the hospital. I walked in and noticed that the labs are to the left while imaging is to the right. I was greeted immediately, signed in, and then took a seat in the waiting area. They called my name and I stepped up to the registration area. It was all very simple. I gave them the script from the doctor. They asked me a couple of questions and then I was taken to a separate waiting area for mammography. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I didn't have to wait too long for the technician to come out. She gave me a warm cape to change into, and then showed me how to use the dressing room lockers to lock up my personal items. Every single staff member was friendly and professional. It's one of the staff qualities I've seen in all BayCare facilities. They all seem to be happy and friendly. It's almost as if it's a requirement for employment. I love that! Anyway, it was all very efficient. My technician was so awesome! I wish I could remember her name. She was so thorough, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Well, as comfortable as a mammogram can be. LOL! She made me laugh, and made me feel so at ease. I would totally request her again if I could. I wouldn't hesitate to schedule another appointment here in the future. The entire process was flawless."
