"I had a scheduled c section at this hospital. I was extremely nervous for surgery. The staff was impeccable and had great communication. They were very nurturing. My baby ended up going to NICU from swallowing amniotic fluid and Dr. James couldn’t have been any more calming. She continued to follow up with me and the baby’s well being. Everyone in the recovery ward was comforting and accommodating and the food options were healthy and delicious. Thank you for making my experience less traumatic. Dr. Troy did a great job with my surgery. Hospital is very clean. High recommend to any family delivering here."

"My care once I was admitted was great. Everyone I dealt with were very nice and helpful. My only complaint is from the emergency room. I went in on Thursday with a small amount of swelling. The doctor never even looked at me. I was sent home with a couple of prescriptions for what they assumed I had. I ended up going back on Friday with my eye swollen shut. Blood work and a CT scan were done and I was admitted because at that point I needed IV antibiotics. Better care in the ER would be great. It makes me feel like I'm not important because I don't have insurance."

"Everyone was awesome. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. My nurse Darlene in the observation unit was outstanding. She was attentive to all my needs, very personable yet professional. She is definitely an asset to your team. The technicians were also very good!"

"10:30am Followed the ambulance to St Joseph’s Hospital because my wife was brought in. The staff made me wait in the waiting room for over an hour before being able to go to the back with my spouse. There is no reason that I could not have gone to her room to wait with her to keep her calm. The staff on this shift apparently don’t know what they are doing. This is not my first visit here with my wife. I’m being treated like I’m someone coming here for visitors hours. Ridiculous!!! It’s now 8:30pm. My wife got to her room at 5:00pm and she’s still in her street clothes."
