"I've been seeing Dr. Ahluwalia at In Care Riverview for three years now. When I first started going to their office, the wait time was minimal, the doctor was very thorough, the follow-up from staff and the doctor himself were great. I saw the slow decline and now I'm highly disappointed. The staff turnover has been insane. I was promised a call with a new endocrinologist provider, no call. I had blood work done and no one called me with results. I most recently scheduled an appointment and 15 minutes prior to my appointment was called to change my appointment for an hour later. I was already in their parking lot. I rescheduled for the following week and waited one hour before being taken to the back for vitals. (I was there for about two hours) At check out, no one knew what my follow up was (zero communication). I was finally scheduled for labs after I gave a rundown of what my discussion was with the doctor and several back and forth of verifying what I needed. I went back for labs, again long wait. I scheduled a follow-up for my results this time virtually and waited 20 minutes. No one came on to advise the doctor would be running a little late or checked me in. I hung up and called the office. The first time the phone rang then went to voicemail then the second time someone answered and immediately asked me to hold before I can even say hello. Your time is not valued!!"

"It is hard enough for a person (me) to stay on top of our health. As I get older I want to take care of my health the best I can. I do much better remembering appointments and medication than I have in the past. I still forget some things, with that being said this office is horrible with follow up calls and communication. I have been calling several times a day just to get this device that I should have received 2 months ago. I speak to the staff on the phone and they promise me a call back with information and it has yet to happen so I call them back only to hear the same thing. I'm at the point where I think I need a new PCP. My needs are not being met and is causing me stress"

"I was in the first stages of diabetes 8 months ago when i first was seen by Dr A he was very concerned about my health and my well being and he got me on the right track Dr A is awesome he's in the business of helping people get healthy and feel better and he has done just that with me he's very thorough thoughtful and knows what he's doing I heeded his orders I lost 25 pounds and feel 100 % better , sciatica nerve gone also his bedside manner is superb I have been seeing him for 8 months now and I am pleased to call him my Dr. His staff were awesome as well I had an issue with my insurance and Brandy and her staff were fabulous in explaining what the insurance covers go to find out my insurance company was given me the wrong information . That being said I highly recommend Dr A"
