"This used to be a great hospital with a very good emergency dept. My husband came in with doctor’s paper to admit. We started in emergency room 2 1/2 hours ago then taken to admitting and back to emergency room. Still waiting. Most of check in staff were rude. We will go back to Sun City Hospital next time. This hospital is totally unorganized with a drab emergency room with no empathy for patients."
"Every single time you make an appointment here theyll mess the time up and then say that you didnt come on time. Multiple occasions this has happened. The administrative staff is a complete mess, and theyll blame their mistakes on you."
"This medical practice and care received here is very good. However, wouldn't it be nice if professionals who require appts. to be seen and require insurance or payment for service up front actually see there patient at the time scheduled or shortly thereafter. My son is a patient at the pediatrics office and though we scheduled our appt. two weeks prior, checked in online the night prior, and arrived 15 mins prior; still waiting to see Dr. Belloso (who provides quality care and medical advice) 45 mins. after checking in. Seriously, what is the purpose of scheduling appointments?"
