"First time I had this issue a was pretty good. Quality has significantly dropped. Burnt meat on the sandwich, very greasy, fries are soggy and bland. Came thru delivery. No ketchup as requested, no napkins for this greasy sandwich. Last time I’ll order from here. To the restaurant, read the reviews and strive to do better. It’s really not the difficult."
