"Went in at 11 for a urine analysis didn't get spoken to for almost an hour when I ask the lady up front how long it may take because I have to get back to work I was told very rudely our cut off is 2:30 mind you I have been here since 11 SMH"

"Staff was working their best and were actually very pleasant vrs some of my other labcorp visits which they definitely were not. I was well taken care of with a smile despite the system for drug screenings being down. I was able to be seen 1 hour past my appointment time. The lady who did my blood work was very nice as well as the one working the front check in area:)"

"What a disgusting facility. I had an appointment for 11:15. I wasn’t seen until 12. There were only two people ahead of me that were walk ins so I don’t know why there is such a large delay for someone with an appointment. The facility is gross. There were two bathrooms. One had a taped up toilet and broken sink and no toilet paper and no paper towel. The other was clogged with diarrhea, toilet paper and bowel dripped around the toilet. Almost like someone squatted above the toilet and boom, mess everywhere. Honestly for a “lab” this doesn’t seem sanitary especially when you’re taking collections from the bathroom when it’s this filthy. Plus if you don’t have adequate soap, water, toilet paper, and paper towel how can it possibly be clean. Perhaps this was just that day, but it didn’t seem very busy despite the long wait. Anyway I told the lady drawing my blood about the clogged toilet and how I didn’t want to use that bathroom. I Didn’t really feel too comfortable walking samples from the bathroom through the facility to the room that I had to get blood drawn. I don’t know. It just doesn’t seem clean at all in this way. Don’t know if all lab corps are like this, but I have not experienced this level of grossness at a lab before. Really I thought these places would be clean and sterile. I was here for several pregnancy tests (genetic testing etc, I’m 2 months pregnant ). Other lab corps were booking 10 days out in advance but honestly after this I’d rather try another facility even if it’s 10 days out because I really don’t want to ever step foot in this specific lab ever again especially not when pregnant"

"Not often I'd give a 5 star to anything in Poinciana, but this new lab corp impressed me. I'm very happy I do not have to drive into kissimmee or Davenport anymore. Very nice staff, Marisol was so nice over the phone and in person as well as being patient. To top it for me, she was great drawing samples, very steady hand. This location was very clean, spacious and quick service. Easy to make an appointment throughly the app and online. I hope it stays this way."
